Criminal Law—This includes misdemeanors and felonies, as well as probation revocations.  Whether your going to plead guilty or have a trial, you need the legal advice of an attorney in order to fully understand the consequences of your decision.

Family Law—Includes divorces, child custody, child support, and adoptions.  This is the most emotional area of law for clients because we are dealing with your family, your children. You need an attorney who will explain the legal process to you as well as help you deal with the emotional aspect of your case.

Personal Injury—Covers cases in which you or a family member is injured or killed in an accident. You will need an attorney who can help you get the most  for the damages you suffered.

Dusty Gallivan not only has a law degree, but also has an MBA from Baylor University.

Bankruptcy—Assisting Clients with debt management and possibly debt elimination by using the current bankruptcy laws in a manner most efficient for the Client.

Team Members

Dusty Gallivan, Attorney

Dusty’s family moved to Odessa in 1976 and he has called the Permian Basin home ever since. After graduating from Odessa High School, Dusty joined the United States Air Force.  After his four year term, he returned to Odessa with his wife and two boys.  He continued his education at UTPB, graduating with a degree in Finance.  Upon graduation, Dusty entered Baylor Law School.  While at Baylor, Dusty also earned his MBA at the Baylor School of Business.  After graduating from law school, Dusty returned to Odessa and opened his law office. For approximately 18 months, Dusty also served as an assistant district attorney under John Smith, but he returned to full time private practice in September of 2001.

Lilly Rodriguez, Paralegal

Lilly has been a member of our team since March of 2002.  She is a  Paralegal and handles all the legal documentation for your case.  If you have any questions concerning any legal document in your file, she is the one to ask.

Kim Rivera, Office Manager

Kim performs many functions in our office.  She is currently working from home so she can care for her two young children. She joined our team in October of 2000 and has been a great asset.

Lori Gonzales, Receptionist

Lori has been a team member for over two years and is an excellent addition to the team.  She will answer your calls, set your appointments, and provide you with any information you need.
